Staff / Stick with foam protection and rigid core, developed for Jogo do Pau competition and suitable for martial arts training that require the use of both sides of the staff.

For use in competition, competitive combat training or training aimed at parts of the body that may be damaged by the impact, it does not dispense with the use of personal protective equipment, especially in the joints head and vital areas.

This original item designed by Stafffighters comes in a two-color black and red twill coating in accordance with stafffighters competition rules.
